Very good from start to finish from consultation with Ryan and install by Ed, spoke with other companies and am grateful I selected Bath Expo. Everything was explained well and went to plan.

I was very pleased with the initial sales visit by Jack, the administration of the project and final product. The installation team, Danny and Ann, were very personable, efficient, skilled and listened to my concerns. They finished in one day and returned to handle a tweak in the door

I had a great experience from dealing with helpful Sherrie in customer service, who was kind and shared much needed information. Danny and Anna the installers were a joy to have in my home. They went out of their way to make sure the job was done properly. My home was cleaned before they left. They were hard workers even the cold, it was impressive.

Had Bob Z from Bath Expo talked to me tonight about a new bath tub. He is very personable and friendly. Has a lot of experience in bath remodels. 1st step to a new bath was a very positive experience.

The tub/shower in our kids’ bathroom had a water leak and was way overdue for replacement. We had an excellent experience with Bath Expo.

For our original consult, Paul arrived ON TIME and was so helpful. After choosing to go with him and the company, Nick and Rick arrived as planned for the 2 day job. The second day was truly where they shined. With about 12 inches of snow on the ground, they arrived safely and worked through the day to finish a new tub and shower set. It’s stunning and we are so happy.

They used our garage as a work space due to the snowing and that made us happy because it decreased the amount of snow/dirt that could enter the house. They also put down runners to keep the dirt to a minimum. They left the remodeled bathroom cleaner than they found it, so we were very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail.

I was impressed with the work ethic of the installers, Bernard and Isaiah. They came on time and worked late. If they took a break, then I didn't see it. They were polite and respectful. And they worked together well. And I am impressed with the completed project. It looks great, works well, and the longer it is there and the more I use the shower and sink/vanity that they installed, the more I like it.

Bob Z came to our house to review and quote our bathroom project. After he took his measurements we sat and talked about what we would like to have done. Luckily we had stopped at the showroom and had done some internet investigating. At the end of the day we were presented a quote and accepted the bid. Bob made it very easy to go through this process and I'm happy that he will be the project manager.

Kudos to Ryan, he was was very friendly and wanted to please. Handled everything with the upmost professionalism. I would recommend Jeff and Joe with any installation. They were wonderful, showed up on time everyday. Protected our carpet and stuck to what they were accomplishing everyday. He kept us involved in where we would place our grab bars and everything. Very happy with them.

Bernard and Isaiah were very professional and efficient. Did a partial remodel of the guest bathroom and full remodel of the master bathroom in five and a half days.

I was very impressed with the team at bath expo from the walk through in the show room to the final review Our sales representative Rob was knowledgable and able to help us envision the final product. Bernard was our installer. He came in on time, started on the project immediately. We put down drop cloths to protect our floor. The project was finished in 24 hours to our delight. My family all love the new shower. It looks amazing!!

We found Bath Expo through the Meijer showroom. Rob came out for the quoting process and met every expectation that was set forth in the scheduling process for the quote and the company's pre-meeting material. The time in home was well spent, allowing for thorough review of materials used and seeing the benefits of choosing Bath Expo. I felt very comfortable with Rob being on the home and not over staying the welcome. Overall very happy with the sales and quoting process, can't wait to see the final project completed. Will be updating this review after we finish our bathroom project.

Jim and Ed did a fantastic job converting our tub to a walk in shower. The process was seem less and they were friendly , professional and courteous. They cleaned up all work areas. We couldn’t be happier with our new shower.

Nick and Rickey did a great job, and worked hard and late to get our bathroom done, after I threw them a curveball, and asked for different door installation. Nick did not even act like he was affected by the extra work, and even went out of his way to go get the doors we needed to make our bath/shower the perfect look. The bathroom is amazing, they are super responsible, fast, clean and kind. The price is what I expected to be for a bathroom that size and the quality is good. The bathroom did an amazing change and looks amazing. Could not be more in love. This was a gift for my parents and they love it! Jeff the installer was amazing, my parents don't speak well English and he went out of his way and translated using Chst GPT for then to understand. It was outstanding, 100% recommended. Saves you time and looks so professional just like what they are.

I got a quote done with Jack. He was very informative and gave me great options to get my bathtub redone. There’s so many different options to choose from for the style of your bathroom. I’m looking forward to seeing the final results

Bob Zelinski came to our home for an estimate. He was very friendly, and explained in detail everything involved in the process of building a shower, different materials, installation techniques, every question was completely answered. We were very pleased with his explanations, anyone would be very happy to work with him. We have not decided if we will go on with the project at this time, but if we do, he is the guy to work with.

The installation was very smooth. Everything from the initial phone call I made and going to the showroom was nice. Very pleased with the installation, they did a wonderful job. Jeff and his partner left me very pleased with their workmanship.

Silviu did an excellent job tearing out our old bathtub, & installing our beautiful new shower! He had to run to a hardware store, early on because of how old our house is, to match the fittings, & did an excellent job matching them up! He kept me updated throughout the process, & asked me pertinent questions along the way! He, & his partner Tommy were great to work with, & cleaned up well after themselves! The new shower is better than I expected…& I was expecting a lot…Awesome job guys!

Joey came to our home to talk with us about replacing windows. We knew we couldn’t make a purchase same day and just needed an idea of the cost. We loved that we would have the quote for a year so we could execute the project when we’re ready. Joey was down-to-earth, frank, understanding of our position and didn’t try to push a sale on us. He did a great job with his presentation of the windows and answered all of our questions. I most likely won’t get other window quotes because I felt respected, the window design is great and the company has an amazing reputation. Thanks Joey!

The project manager Paul was totally awesome in explaining. He was an awesome representative. Joe worked tirelessly to make sure my project was done without interfering with my life. He was clean and clear in how to clean my new shower. He kept me informed and was done in 3 days he was so thorough. He was a totally awesome worker and did a phenomenal job up there especially with what he had to work with.

From the first consultation with Bob, we felt very comfortable and at ease. Every step of the process was well communicated by all employees. The installers Ed and Jim were phenomenal! They were very personable and courteous to our children’s daily routine. We had another contractor onsite and Ed coordinated shutting the water off with them to not disrupt their work or our families need. They even fixed a few floor tiles that were damaged from the demolition. I highly recommend Bath Expo and Ed and Jim as your installers.

Bath Depot is definitely a five star company!!! Sean, Paul and Rory were outstanding to work with. Our bathroom looks absolutely beautiful, we could not be happier. We had Bath Expo do another installation. We are extremely pleased with our new shower, Danny & Anna were our installers and they are absolutely THE BEST!!! They were very knowledgeable, neat, and hard-working. Over the years, we’ve had a lot of work done on our home and there is no better team than Danny & Anna. We would also like to thank Jeff for putting all the pieces together to make our beautiful shower a reality.

Our new bathroom looks wonderful! Joe was our installer and he was awesome. He fixed any minor issues we had and came out as much as we needed. He did amazing work! We did have some hiccups along the way due to manufacturing issues. Our vanity top was damaged in the warehouse and had to be reordered. The glass for the shower took three weeks longer than expected to get to us. It was an inconvenience that we did not have a shower in our master bathroom for 12 weeks. The overall project was quoted for six day completion and ended up taking 13 weeks. Although we had issues, Bath Expo helped make it right with us and we truly appreciate it. They did offer concessions to us that helped with us being pleased with the project. We recommend their company for bathroom remodels.
