Mike Shaffer here! I loved Jeff Chase & Joe M! They did a great job. Hard working people who took time to answer questions and show me what they did. The only issue (not their fault) is: I ordered a shaving step and it didn’t arrive. Friendly reminder: I am still waiting Bath Expo!

We are very happy with the final product. There were some issues along the way. Had to have a few follow up visits to go over things and they did have to send someone back out to finish to our expectations. However, once that was completed we couldn’t be happier!

We were so happy with Bath Expo from start to finish. Our installers Danny and Anna were so professional. Their attention to detail was amazing. Would surely recommend them to others and use them again.

went from tub to walk in shower sub floor had to be replaced new toilet vanity sink and fixtures new flooring. Nick and his team very respectful and professional answered any questions in a way we could understand high quality workmenship. priced reasonable William the salesman very nice he didn't pressure us at all. highly recommend the.

Bernard my installer did an excellent job and the project manager Ryan. I love my new shower, it's easy to use and clean. It only took 2 days to install and the crew left things clean and ready to use. Heather, the Meijer rep, very helpful and informative. It's now easy to step into the shower!

Our experience was excellent from beginning to the end. Will was very thorough while explaining everything. Bernard and his helper wee fantastic. They did such an amazing job. They cleaned up each day as well. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of this experience. We will highly recommend Bath Expo to everyone.

Shower/tub replaced with a walk in shower. Nick & Rick transformed our bathroom with a beautiful new walk in shower in one day. Craftsmanship was top of the line. Our project started at the Bath Expo showroom where Heather walked us through the different types of showers and explained the whole install process.

They were very nice and clean when done,I love my tub and so dose my 3 year old grand daughter .shout out to my installer jeff,he was very nice while doing his job.thank u jeff

Silviu did an excellent job tearing out our old bathtub, & installing our beautiful new shower! He had to run to a hardware store, early on because of how old our house is, to match the fittings, & did an excellent job matching them up! He kept me updated throughout the process, & asked me pertinent questions along the way! He, & his partner Tommy were great to work with, & cleaned up well after themselves! The new shower is better than I expected…& I was expecting a lot…Awesome job guys!

Joe Gerritsen and Lisa did a great job converting our tub/shower bathroom into a beautiful walk in shower. They were quick, meticulously clean, courteous and professional!

Our new bathroom looks wonderful! Joe was our installer and he was awesome. He fixed any minor issues we had and came out as much as we needed. He did amazing work! We did have some hiccups along the way due to manufacturing issues. Bath Expo helped make it right with us and we truly appreciate it. We recommend their company for bathroom remodels.

Okay we had the shower installed they ripped out the tub and replaced it it's beautiful it's more functional for us and we love it Will came to the house it was very professional answered all of our questions I even contacted him afterwards and he was available for me he was very courteous answered all of our questions we just love him thank you very much will. Joe was very professional also he came to the house he told us what he was going to do how long it was going to take and he stuck to that he was very courteous and very professional and we love that we're seeing you a couple and we just don't get that a lot everyday but he was very very nice very nice shout out to Joe

We are very pleased with the results of our full bathroom remodel. The step-in shower that replaced our old-school bath tub is phenomenal - 10/10. Bath Expo also replaced flooring and trim, along with our vanity and mirror. Material quality is excellent. The installers (Jeff and Joe) were super-friendly and informative, and they cleaned up after themselves daily. They communicated well about start- and end- times for their work and met their deadline. Highly-recommended overall!
Communication from Ryan, the salesperson, was excellent, and he spent a lot of time with us in the design phase, answering every question and anticipating questions we didn't know to ask.

Great experience with Bath Expo Cleveland! The whole project was done in two days and with very little disruption to our daily routine. The guys were professional and extremely hard-working. If you’re looking to redo your shower, I would highly recommend them! 

Ryan found pictures to show me exactly what I was looking for and Joe was professional during installation. He took the time to color match when there was a scratch in the wall. I highly recommend the Westlake team!!

Nick and Rick installed a bath to shower conversion at my mom’s they did an amazing job. Nick and Rick were both very easy to work with they were very kind and patient with my elderly mom.
Everyone we worked with at Bath Depot were top notch 5 star + service from start to finish.

The installers, Jeff and Joe. Did a fabulous job, and kept me informed along the way. They showed me the studs halfway through the job. And explained to me the operation of everything. I highly recommend them. Jack was wonderful and informative, he really treated us like friends.

The shower conversation was seamless. Danny and Anna were quick and efficient with their installation. In and out in less than two full days. Overall this was a very good experience.

On a visit to Meijer's I checked out the walk in shower displays. Impressed with the quality I proceeded to make an appointment for a quote. Ryan the project manager presented a great selection of information and material samples. Working with the scheduler Rick we planed this out a few week later for my timeline.
My installers Ed and Jim did an exceptional job with all the work performed over two days.

Danny and Anna are a plus to Window & Bath Expo. They were very efficient in removing tub, wall tiles, sink and counter top and installation of shower, sink,counter top and all plumbing material. There were no scraps of any kind inside or outside, clean up was immaculate. Paul was my project manager, he was educative, impressive, and thorough. He really made sure the product was going to look good together.
This team is worthy of five star rating. I will definately recommend this company for bathroom remodeling.

We had a serious problem in our home. Our upstairs shower was leaking into our family room. Jack from Bath Expo came over and did an excellent job explaining what was happening. He was very knowledgeable, informative and professional. He was also very accommodating and was able to move our appointment up due to our personal schedule. We are also very satisfied with Ed’s installation team. They spent the time to make sure the job was done right in only 2 days. They answered all our questions during the process and made sure we were at ease and completely satisfied.

Great process to go through from picking out materials to final installation. Silvio and Raul were meticulous, always open to questions and cleaned up very well when finished. Would definitely recommend this company.

Jeff Chase and Joe Majsterek worked on our bathroom. They were very communicative and punctual. They did an amazing job on our bathroom. Will Aey did a great job with showing us options and going over what all bath expo had to offer.

Danny and Anna delivered exceptional service. It is just nice to have somebody that knows their job nowadays! Not only were they on time both of the days that they were here, but they explained what they were doing and showed me at certain intervals how the job was progressing. After the job was complete, I was able to view the final result with them and ask them any questions if needed. I 100% recommend Bath Expo and ask to have Danny and Anna as your installers!

Bath expo was wonderful! The two young men that installed our bath were very professional and hard-working! They did not cut corners and stayed as late as needed to finish up. I would recommend them to anyone!!
